This compact Victorian row-house has been thoughtfully re-imagined to enhance both functionality and charm. While preserving its original character, the design introduces modern amenities and a more livable layout for a small family. The once one-bedroom, one-bathroom home now features two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a guest WC, and a dedicated laundry room. Every detail was refreshed—from repainted walls and refinished floors to a restored fireplace—while the small courtyard was transformed with new paving and indigenous trees, creating a more inviting outdoor space.
